The Jackal has a stiff coated material and a very thin soft cord inside. This makes it a very versatile leader line usable for many types of different leaders. It has excellent abrasion resistance, high knot strength and at the same time is very unobtrusive. You can use it undrawn in its entire length, or remove a few cm of the top cover (usually a bit below the hook), or pull it down only in the place of the hair trailer.
