Our JITRNICOVÝ (liver) PREJT is made exclusively from fresh meat, which comes from local farms in the Šumava region. Here, the animals are raised with respect for ethics and sustainability. Each meat is immediately processed to preserve its juiciness and rich taste. Our products do not contain quick salts or preservatives, which means you can be sure that you are consuming only a natural product without unnecessary additives.
The composition of our JITRNICOVÉ (liver) PREJT is carefully balanced: 66% pork, 16% jitrnico bun, 11% broth, 5% pork liver, salt and spices (pepper, marjoram). This combination of ingredients brings an authentic and delicious taste that takes you back to the days when traditional slaughters were held in the villages. The jitrnico bun gives the dish a unique texture and richness, while the broth and pork liver enhance its flavor. Our products contain only a minimum of spices to allow the natural flavor of the meat to stand out.
The practical 170g package makes the BREAKFAST (liver) PREJT an ideal choice for a quick snack at home, at the cottage or during trips. We recommend the BREAKFAST PREJT as a snack spread on fresh bread, for example with onions. It can also be served warm for lunch with boiled potatoes.
