Our PLEC comes exclusively from local farms in the Šumava region, where sustainable farming and freshness of ingredients are taken into account. The pork is immediately processed to preserve its juiciness and authentic taste. We do not use any quick salts or preservatives, which guarantees a 100% natural product that honors tradition. Our products contain only a minimum of spices to allow the natural taste of the meat to stand out.
The ingredients are simple and high-quality: 98% pork, lightly seasoned with table salt and a traditional blend of spices (pepper, cumin). This classic combination gives the meat a full flavor that every lover of quality pork will appreciate.
