KOLENO comes exclusively from local farms in the heart of Šumava, where we ensure responsible and ethical breeding. Each meat is fresh and immediately processed to preserve its juiciness and rich flavor. We do not use any quick salts or preservatives, which means that our products are completely natural and honest.
The composition of KOLENA is simple and pure: 98% pork, supplemented with table salt and a spice blend that includes pepper and cumin. This traditional combination brings out the natural flavor of pork knee, which is perfectly juicy and ready to eat. Our products contain only a minimum of spices to allow the natural flavor of the meat to stand out.
Thanks to its practical 170g package, KOLENO is ideal for a quick snack on the go, at home or at work. You can enjoy it cold or warm it up slightly, enjoying the rich taste we know from classic Czech dishes.
