Elastic rod clip with narrow (split) handle. The special rubber holds your rod perfectly, but at the same time it is pliable enough to easily release it in the event of a snag. The stainless steel fitting has a stylish elastic ring on top, thanks to which you can tighten the clip to the desired rotation.
