The short 10' (3.05m) S range rods are light and thin rods with a large power reserve and fully parabolic action. It is especially suitable for fishing near the shore, from a boat, or even for balancing. It is produced in two variants 2.5lb and 3lb. 2.5lb are universal softer rods suitable mainly for smaller and medium sized fish. They have a beautiful tackling action. You can also take down a bigger fish with them, but it will probably take longer. The optimal casting load is 35 to 55g. 3lb have much more power reserves for challenging big carp. However, they are not at all stiff even when tackling medium-sized fish. It is therefore suitable for fishing from a boat, close range in more demanding terrain or for balancing on larger waters. It copes very well in difficult situations, especially when you need to keep a larger fish away from dangerous places. The optimal casting load is 60 to 90g.
The surface of the rods is matte, without varnish, laser-ground. Thanks to this technology, they are practically impossible to scratch. Even after years they look like new. The saddle has a blank design with original FUJI rings, a green isotope is built into the saddle. The rods are equipped with first-class SiC guides, which either start at 30mm or with a larger 40mm (the whole set of guides is then one size larger. The handle is either split or full cork, made to order and full EVA (special Japanese rubber). All rods S range are handcrafted in England.
