Fasten Aluminium Support Stand with two mounts

This aluminum structure is specially created for attachment to large boats Elling - Pilot, KB PRO TRIMARAN and KARDINAL, as well as other brands. The construction is equipped with two locks, which are suitable for fastening, for example, rod holders, as well as other accessories. The recommended use is for so-called trolling fishing. The diameter of the rod structure is 32 mm and the span is 110 cm. It is intended for fixing accessories up to 80 cm high and at the same time serves as a support for maintaining balance while trolling. Can be used as a frame for an awning. Stand width - 1.1 m - ideal for installation on PVC motor boats. In the design of the adapters, with the help of which it is fixed in the locks on the vessel, gimbal joints are available, which allow you to adjust the width and slope of the structure. Two FMR132 mounting systems are installed on the side tubes. They are suitable for fixing any BORIKA FASTen® accessory and, provided that transition adapters developed by BORIKA® designers are used, they can also be used to install accessories and equipment from other manufacturers - SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp tackle. The specified mounting systems, when loosening the screws that fasten the elements of the platform, move along the railing and rotate around its axis, which allows you to flexibly adjust the position of the fixed accessories. By tightening the fastening screws on the sides of the platform, it can be immovably fixed in the chosen place and position. Fixing the accessory is simple - just move the lock latch to the open position, insert the accessory adapter as far as it will go and move the blind to the LOCK position.

The construction consists of a frame made of O 32 mm pipe fragments, fixed by inclined joints with washers with 7.5° grooves on the Dp230 model and 2 additional supports of O 32 mm pipe, attached to the frame by two movable joints with associations. The stand is equipped with 4 adapters in the shape of a 12-pointed star for mounting on a vessel. Cardan joints are in the form of adapters. The assembly also includes fasteners_ 4 DIN 931 M6*50 screws and 4 double-sided plastic handles with inserted M6 DIN 934 nuts. Two FMr132 systems are attached to the sides of the cabinet (each assembly contains 4 M6*30 DIN 912 screws, 8 M6 DIN 934 nuts , 6 screws M6*20 DIN 912, 2 nuts M6 DIN 985). The tube is made of anodized aluminum, the main parts are made of polyamide reinforced with glass fibers.

You need four heavy-duty mounting systems (two on each side of the board) to install the stand on the boat. The user can also install FMr132 (single-lock) or FMr232 (dual-lock) mounting systems on the rack tubes. This greatly expands the possibilities of installing accessories on the kayak. When using the system in sub-zero temperatures, it is recommended to periodically lubricate the red O-ring on the fixed accessory adapter with silicone. This will prevent the formation of a water film on the moving parts of the lock and adapter, which can damage the operation of the mechanism when it freezes. After use in seawater, we recommend rinsing the product with plenty of fresh water.
